What is Jr. FFA?
The Texas Junior FFA is a statewide organization with the purpose of enhancing and encouraging the education of younger students who are interested in the future of the agricultural industry. The organization of a Junior FFA chapter is entirely optional, with the need of such an organization to be determined by the local FFA chapter.
Membership in the Texas Junior FFA is open to students in grades where agricultural science courses are not offered. Junior FFA members must be at least eight years old and in the third grade. Please read Junior FFA Policy for specific details regarding membership and eligibility.
